This Waterford Townhome offers guests lots of space in a convenient location, with an affordable price. Ski season guests can walk to and from Gondola Square, the ski slopes, or take a free private shuttle that picks up right outside, less than 50 yards from your door. If you're coming to visit in summer season, the pool will be open, and it is a nice large pool area to enjoy.

This unit has some attractive qualities, including a private hot tub, an open concept layout, and large renovated kitchen. All 3 bedrooms are on the same level, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom! When you enter the property, the ground level includes a 1 car heated garage, foyer with plenty of space to store your boots, hats, gloves, etc, as well as the hot tub room and a bathroom. Head upstairs, and you'll find the main level of living space, which features with solid hardwood floors. This large and spacious open layout is ideal for gathering together after a day full of adventure. The living room area has a comfy matching sleeper sofa and loveseat set, plus an armchair, all centered around the warm gas fireplace and large HDTV. There are sliding glass doors on two sides of the room, with drapes, so you can let in as much or as little natural light as you like. This space is made all the more cozy by the wood beams and tongue and groove wood ceilings. The dining room has seating for 6 plus a kitchen bar with seating for two more. Outside the dining area, there is a very large covered deck with additional dining set for 4, and a nice gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is quite large. It features dark granite counters and appliances to contrast nicely with the white cabinetry. There is tons of counter space and stemware hangers give the bar area an upscale feel. In this kitchen, you have everything you could need and then some, plenty of space, and good quality too. There is also a nicely updated half bathroom on this level, a very helpful and convenient feature for your group.

The upper level is where you'll find all 3 bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has its own private full bathroom and the same ceilings with wood beams and tongue and groove that give them a nice warm feel. The first bedroom is pretty big, and has a unique shape that allows for both a Queen bed as well as a Twin bed without feeling cramped at all. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a walk in closet and bathroom combo that makes getting ready a breeze. The third bedroom is again quite large, with plenty of space for a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle bed, a reading chair, as well as another large bathroom and walk in closet suite.
