You'll be able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and even hiking trails. The free bus picks up and drops off only 1 block away, with a short 5 minute ride to the BreckConnect Gondola. It has a private hot tub and a nice little fenced in yard. In the fall of 2022 the owners made quite a few upgrades to the home including a fiber optic cable for internet/tv, new living room furniture, kitchen appliances, fresh paint and decor. This home has been in the family for years so they've left books, games, sleds, pack'n'plays and a highchair for the little ones. The bedding setup is versatile and can accommodate families, couples or a group of friends looking for a quiet neighborhood to enjoy their vacation!

The Blue and Purple Routes provide access to all Breckenridge base areas as well as a connection to the Summit Stage. We recommend that you use the My Free Ride App for the most accurate information. From the Breck Station you can pick up Summit Stage free bus routes headed to other areas and ski resorts, including Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, and Keystone. Having your own vehicles is not necessary, but if you're planning to head out of Breckenridge proper, they will offer you a lot of convenience and faster travel times.
-- Town: The home is in Downtown Breckenridge's National Historic District. It's a residential street, but the shops and restaurants of Main Street are only 3 blocks away.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – To enter the home there are no stairs required. Guests enter on the main level, with all three bedrooms. There are two steps down to access the King Bedroom. Guests won't need to carry their luggage up the stairs. The living area, kitchen and dining room are up a full flight of stairs.
– Parking – There are 2-3 spaces in the alley, 3 small cars or 2 trucks can fit. Please note, trailers are not allowed. If guests need additional parking options, please contact us for more information.
– 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions
