This end unit townhome is relatively new construction, and it has been kept in great condition, an ideal property for mature, respectful group. You'll find this property to be nicely designed, architecturally speaking, and filled with top quality finishes and furnishings throughout. Onsite amenities include a summer only pool and 2 large hot tubs open in summer as well as winter ski season. In the townhome itself, there are two levels of comfortable accommodations, including two living rooms! The ground floor features high ceilings, an open floorplan that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one large room that feels and is very spacious. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience. Also, the mud room is a great place for storage of your gear. Out the back door of the home, you have a patio with grill, a nice grassy area that wraps around the property. The upper level has all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the laundry room, and the upper living room. That upper living room is a nice large space that not only provides extra room for groups to spread out and relax, but it also separates the King master bedroom from the other two. The King master bedroom is a suite that includes an HDTV, a private balcony with sunset views, and a nice private bathroom, The master bathroom features dual sinks, a jetted tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a log frame 2 Twin bunk bed, HDTV, and private balcony. The bathroom for this bedroom is open to the upper living room, so that the King and Queen masters can remain private. The upper living room does have a nice sleeper sofa that is new in summer 2017. The pool and hot tub area is a short and easy walk out the front door, and has a large grassy area where kids can play. There are changing rooms and restrooms at the pool area, along with lots of outdoor furniture, sunbathing lounge chairs, umbrellas, and even a covered seating area for those who want to stay out of the sun. This location is in the Mountain Village, and while you can walk over to the Gondola Square and Ski Time Square areas, there is also a free city shuttle bus that picks up right out back from the townhome, making it very easy to use. This city shuttle service may vary, but is typically coming by every 20 minutes during ski season only, but will get you to and from the ski area or Central Park shopping center very quickly. In the summer, you'll find the walk to be very pleasant. The location of this townhome is also very close to the Rollingstone Ranch golf course, which doubles as the Ski Touring center in the winter, a great place to try out skate skiing, cross country skiing, or snowshoeing.
