Vail can be expensive, but this newly renovated property provides you with a relatively affordable property that also has very good quality. Its top notch finishes and furniture are complemented by the amenities and the setting. Gore Creek flows past the condo, right out back! Your view includes the creek, mature evergreen and aspen trees, and surrounding mountains. In summer season the creek-side pool and tennis courts add to the list of amenities available for your enjoyment. The free Vail bus picks up and drops off right out front, so having a car is more of a convenience than a necessity. Please read on for more details on this special property.

The Property:
This condo has been thoroughly renovated. The bedrooms got new carpet, mattresses, linens and decor pieces. The living room and loft living area both have comfy new furniture to relax on after a day out and about. Walls were removed to open up the kitchen and living room, giving this unit a nice open layout. The kitchen features so much more than granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has a very large island, two sinks, two refrigerators, brand new cabinetry with soft closing doors and drawers, a gas range and oven with a vented, lighted hood, beautiful tile backsplash, and under cabinet lighting. The main fridge has filtered water and filtered ice too. New dimmable lighting and ceiling fans throughout the condo allow you to set the ambiance. There are 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom, and all fully renovated. Each bathroom features solid stone counters, new fixtures, faucets, and lighting. The bathtub and showers have custom tile work with recessed nooks and built in foot rests and teak benches for your convenience.

Renovations are great for bringing a property up to date. Fortunately, even before the renovation, this condo already had some great features. Two sets of sliding glass doors, two large skylights, and bay windows provide a good amount of natural light to the main living room, dining room, kitchen, and loft. In spring and summer, you can slide those doors open for some fresh air, and listen to the waters of Gore Creek rushing by. The living room has vaulted ceilings that give it a nice spacious feel. It also has a wood burning fireplace, perfect for days off in winter or chilly summer nights. The wide open layout allows you to enjoy the wood burning fireplace and large HDTV from anywhere in the main space. Overlooking the living room is the loft living room area. It provides space for members of your group to spread out. Grab your phone, a tablet, laptop, some headphones, or a book and relax in comfort.

Upstairs is where you'll find the first two bedrooms. The master suite features a King bed, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a private balcony overlooking Gore Creek. This master bedroom is a pretty good size. The master bathroom includes a big bathtub so ideal for soaking and relaxing that you might want to bring some spa style bath salts or aromatherapy oils. Treat yourself! It also includes a single sink vanity which means plenty of counter space for your beauty products, plus some that are provided by your host. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan. Its a little smaller than the master, but still a good size. The bathroom for this bedroom is just outside the door, but it is dedicated to this second bedroom. It also has a large vanity, but instead of a big tub, it has a very nice large walk in shower enclosed by upscale glass doors. The third bedroom is back downstairs, on the main level. It features two Twin over Twin bunk beds. That's 4 Twin beds, making this room ideal for up to 4 kids or singles. Right next to this bedroom is the third bathroom. It is a split bathroom with a door between the two halve. Someone can be using the big beautiful shower while someone else is brushing their teeth. Quality and function combined!

Other features of the condo include a foyer with bench and shoe storage, a laundry closet with high efficiency front loading washer and dryer, a covered entry and front porch, plus a long deck off the living and dining room with patio furniture and gas grill.

Location:
East Vail has a growing reputation as a great place to stay. You get a lot more for your money with a short bus ride or drive into the hustle and bustle of the village. This condo's location is very close to the bus stop, less than 50 meters. It is also located right on Gore Creek, with evergreens and aspen trees setting the scene.
