The living and dining room have vaulted ceilings, which help the place feel more spacious. This condo is also a corner unit, which adds natural light to the space.
The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare coffee in the morning and delicious meals by night. There is plenty of counter space and a double basin sink along with a raised bar that makes it easy to serve up breakfast or après ski treats. The kitchen bar seats 4, great for keeping your chef company while enjoying a glass of wine. The dining table seats 6 and is also ideal for cards or games. Next to the dining table is a large sliding glass door which frames views of the ski area and provides access to the covered balcony. Back inside, the living room provides comfy leather furniture to relax on as well as a beautiful river rock gas fireplace. Flip the switch and enjoy the warm ambiance. Of course, there is also a large screen HDTV and DVD player for you to enjoy.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both on the main level and are on opposite sides of the living room for separation and privacy. The first bedroom with a Queen size bed features its own ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, a reading chair, and ski area views. The second, slightly larger bedroom has a big beautiful King size bed, a dresser, double closets, and views of the ski area. The bathroom adjoining this bedroom is a little larger than the one in the master, with a bit more counter space. The third bedroom is a loft space, and has another King size bed. It is upstairs from and overlooks the living room. The owners of this lovely condo have thoughtfully added a tri-fold screen for visual privacy, but if no one is sleeping in the living room below, you might choose to slide the screen aside and wake up to ski area views through the 2nd story windows. The adjoining upper bathroom features good counter space, and its own travertine tile and full tub/shower.
This condo is on the top floor. This means you will have to go up two flights of stairs to enter. However, this top floor condo is also what gives you the vaulted ceilings and the great views of the ski area. Also, you can rest assured that you won't have any loud neighbors stomping around above you, because there will be no one above you at all. Ski season visitors, don't worry, you won't have to haul skis or boards up and down the stairs. In fact, you won't even have to bring them home at all. If you're renting equipment, that comes with free storage at your rental shop. So just imagine a short walk to the free bus, in regular shoes, not ski boots, and no equipment to carry. The short ride of about 5 minutes will bring you to Gondola Square. In ski season, the buses come by every 10 minutes, no need to check the schedule, just go when you're ready. For anyone bringing their own equipment, a small fee may be paid to store your gear right at the Gondola.
The condo development has 2 hot tubs for you to enjoy just a short stroll down the walk in an outdoor pergola that is covered from rain or snowfall. This freestanding building is less than 50 yards from your condo building and the facility does include both a restroom and a changing room for your convenience if desired.
