Grandview Villa 204 is a good quality condo conveniently located within the town of Grand Lake. With a King, Queen, and sleeper sofa, it is ideal for 2 couples or a small family. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, cozy furniture, and large bedrooms. The living room includes a gas fireplace and large HDTV as well as access to the covered balcony, which offers partial views of Shadow Mountain, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Byers Peak. This condo is a great value with good space, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful decor. Please read on for more details.
The Property:
The entire condo is laid out on one level and the main living area is one large space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room's sleeper sofa and recliner offer an inviting spot to relax. Off the living room is a south facing covered balcony with seating and a gas BBQ grill. The padded chairs have padded ottomans tucked underneath The dining table seats 6 and is positioned so that you can enjoy the HDTV or fireplace while dining or playing games. The kitchen is a good, large size with lots of counter and cabinet space and everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The entry nook has a closet, coat hooks and waterproof mats for your shoes. Down the hall are the two big bedrooms. The first bedroom is extra large, with room for the King bed and then some. The barnwood style bed frame and furniture set gives the room just the right amount of western rustic flare. This bedroom also includes an en-suite private bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom has a beautiful log framed Queen bed and deep blue paint that gives the room a restful mellow feel and complements the warm wood tones. The second bathroom is off the hall so it is easily accessible to this bedroom as well as anyone making use of the sleeper sofa.
Location:
This location is great. The Rocky Hi Speedway go cart track is right across the street, and the Mountain Market has groceries just one block away. The heart of downtown Grand Lake is 1/2 mile away so you can walk there in less than 10 minutes or drive there in less than two minutes. Rocky Mountain National Park is just 2 miles away and all of the areas parks, trailheads, restaurants, and other attractions are all around.
Arrival, Access, and Parking:

Accessing this property does require going up one flight of stairs. Parking is limited to one vehicle, per HOA rules. If you bring a trailer or a second vehicle, you will need to park it off-site. Trailers, snow machines, ATVs, OHVs are not allowed to be parked in the condo complex parking spaces. If you will have a second vehicle or trailer and need somewhere to park it, please contact us to discuss nearby options.
