This First Tracks unit by Mountain Vacation Lodging is one of nicest in the complex. A complete renovation was completed summer 2022. Quartz counters, updated fixtures, new floors, appliances and fresh paint are just a few of the upgrades recently made to this unit. First Tracks is the most affordable complex in the Wildhorse Meadows development. Guests have access to all the Wildhorse facilities (pool, hot tub, game room, fitness center and Wildhorse Gondola) and the private shuttle during ski season, but for a fraction of the cost of the other developments. The condo itself has large bedrooms, both with HDTV's, ensuite baths, private washer/dryer, desk, a memory foam sleeper sofa, A/C in the bedrooms and the list goes on!

-- Transportation: The Steamboat Springs Free Bus picks up about 1/3 of a mile away. Uber, Lyft and Alpine Taxi are additional options.
-- Other Attractions: Next door to the Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center. Short drive to Rollingstone or Haymaker Golf Courses. Walking distance to Casey's Pond for fishing or the Yampa River Core Trail/Yampa River Access.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – From parking lot there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit. No elevator within the building.
– Parking – 1 guaranteed parking spot in the outdoor lot. Additional parking available in overflow lot on a first come first serve basis.
Per HOA rules, trailers are not allowed. If you need help with offsite parking for a 3rd vehicle, or a trailer, please contact us for options and ideas.
– 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. All surrounding roads are regularly plowed but may be steep or curvy.

** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the home. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of the garage. Cameras are present to ensure the home remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the home. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of this home, this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property.
