**Beginning in Mid-April 2023, the pool and hot tub area will be completely removed and replaced. This includes all concrete, the pool and hot tubs. The HOA says that they hope to have the project completed by the end of June 2023 but this can not be guaranteed. The Pool & Hot Tub area which will be under construction is on the other side of another of the condo buildings.**

This is a nice quality condo with a warm western feel and a great bedding set up that will work for all sorts of groups. Located within The Phoenix at Steamboat, you'll enjoy a very attractive location that is so close to the Gondola, parking permits have to be issued in ski season to keep locals from parking there. The development has some great amenities and services for you to enjoy as well. This includes a nicely updated 3 level clubhouse with a game room, business center, multiple guest lounges, fitness center, sauna, and front desk. In ski season, a free private shuttle is provided to get you anywhere in town. You won't use it to access the slopes, though! It is a short and downhill walk to the Gondola, Ski School, ticket office, as well as many shops, restaurants, and bars. When skiing home, just stop before you get all the way to the base, and walk right across the street and you're home. The condo itself features vaulted ceilings, nice furniture, linens, bedspreads, & appliances, There are HDTVs in the living room as well as all bedrooms. You also have a BluRay player in the living room, DVD players in all bedrooms, free WiFi throughout & a private Washer & Dryer in the unit too. Three of the bedrooms have a King or Queen beds, making them ideal for couples. The 4th bedroom has a Twin over Queen bunk bed, as well as 2 Twins that can be converted into a King bed with advance request. The owner has King linens and a memory foam mattress topper that make the conversion very comfy!
