Welcome to Wapiti 11A, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging. This spectacular duplex, located in Fraser, Colorado, is a perfect jumping off point for any adventure. It's located right on the Winter Park Lift free bus route, which makes getting to Winter Park Resort or downtown Fraser a breeze. With 2185 square feet of space, our home is much more spacious than your standard 3 bedroom unit. The home is a split level style, with 1 bedroom upstairs, the living area/kitchen/dining on the main floor and 2 bedrooms/laundry on the lower level. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy and comfort. In addition, each lower level bedroom has a private deck with expansive views of Byers Peak and the Arapaho National Forest. There is a gas grill on the deck, a foosball table and gas fireplace in the living room, a well stocked kitchen, dining for 6 and more. ** Pets & Fees - “Pet Friendly” means Dog Friendly only. If a property is pet friendly, then a per pet, per night fee will apply. If you are renting a pet friendly property, and will have more than one dog, please reach out prior to booking to verify if the home will allow more than one dog. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the home. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of the garage. Cameras are present to ensure the home remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the home. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of this home, this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these measures are necessary. Security cameras are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains in good condition, for your benefit. ** Rental Agreements & Security Deposits - All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to occupying the property. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or security/damage deposit, which would be refundable based upon terms and conditions in the rental agreement.
